Patty leads DEP (Delayed entry program) classes, helping individuals navigate the process of obtaining their real estate license.

Her passion for education goes beyond licensing—she provides ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to help new agents build a strong foundation in real estate. From understanding contracts and market trends to mastering technology and client relations, Patty ensures that every agent she works with is fully prepared for a successful career. Beyond the classroom, Patty is deeply involved in the community. She is often found in the Ramona neighborhood, where she connects with residents, shares market insights, and hosts events like her annual community garage sale, movie nights, and fall pumpkin patch. She is also an active supporter of Riverside Unified School District, youth sports, and her local church.
